Tempura zucchini flowers stuffed with fontina cheese, on Oasis classic zucchini salad a la Roma, truffle bread crumbs
Stuffed crab shells Provencal filled with fresh crab meat and Velouté of crab stock, saffron, and cream, gratinéed in the oven
Cured fresh salmon “Carpaccio” with Tanqueray gin and Juniper, with radishes, fresh horseradish leaves, and “ikra” of tobiko, with toasted Pain de mie bread.
Roasted whole de-boned Seawolf with Rosti potatoes, Meyers lemon citronette, elegant carrot juice reduction, pistachio crust
Beef fillet “au bleu” absolutely covered with crushed peppercorns, grilled asparagus, savory porcini creme bruleé. Served with a glass of Morgon 2017 – Marcel Lapierre, Burgundy – France.

8 hours roasted heart of cabbage, mung beans, fresh ricotta, Garam masala carried from India by Roy
